Report issues or bugs straight from our loyalty app

If you’re having any problems using our Stampwallet loyalty app you can do 2 things. Go to our helpdesk. Or report a bug straight from our app. Its easy and connected to our helpdesk so we can start helping you within minutes. We’re really proud to say we have a 100% success rate of fixing bugs or issues and we have 98% satisfied customers after our help. With our bug reporting system integrated in our Stampwallet loyalty app we can give you even more service.

We need your help to make Stampwallet better! We have a A/B testing team, but even then it’s possible a bug or issue will go through to our live app. You (hopefully) use our app more than we do, so please take time to report a bug or issue. We make sure we help you out or fix the issue with high priority if needed. We’re here to help you and you’re helping us by making our Stampwallet loyalty app even better!

We’re always looking to expand our test team. If you would like test alpha and beta build of new version please let us know. We can always use a hand.

  • If you can’t find an answer to your question, please use the message box on the bottom right of the page and contact us directly. We will answer within 24 hours.

Bug / issue reporting in Stampwallet loyalty app

  • Update to the latest version of the Stampwallet loyalty app
  • Go to the settings icon on the top right of the app (it’s always there)
  • Now click bug reporting
  • A popup will appear saying ‘type your message’
  • Please report your issue here and click send
  • We will reply within 24 hours.
