We are seeking an enthusiastic in-house customer support employee that is experienced in customer support, and has prior working experience with startups and tech products or services.
At Loyyo we turn payments into loyalty points. We use in-store and online payments to create unified buyers and loyal customers. We work for great clients in the Dutch market like Nikkie, Sustain, Fifth House, and many more.
Our product offers services for in-store and online (e-commerce). Because of this we need to be on top of our customer service / support. We offer support to our clients, but also directly to their customers. We fix issues asap, create tickets for our development team, and think of better solutions for a more seamless operation.
